The Narrative

Exposed to the moisture-laden monsoon winds along the Malabar coast, these beans swell and mellow over weeks in open-sided warehouses. The process strips acidity and builds a heavy, syrupy body prized for espresso.

We roast it medium-dark for our tasting-room espresso — a base that stands up to milk while keeping its spiced, nutty character. It is the anchor of the Hyderabad Monsooning flight.
