The Narrative
Cultivated beneath a dense native shade canopy on the Baba Budangiri slopes, this heirloom lot ripens slowly — building the delicate aromatics that define it. Cherries are fully washed and dried on raised beds over twelve unhurried days.
It is the quieter counterpoint to No. 42: translucent, tea-like and floral. We keep the roast light-to-medium so the jasmine top notes and honeyed finish stay intact through the cup.
